This report is generated through conducting a demographic audit of your organisation.  We use the data obtained through this analysis to generate an attractive infographic which provides an overview of the socioeconomic and demographic composition of your organisation's workforce and stakeholders. 

Comprehensive DEI Metric Report. This report provides a comprehensive, bespoke analysis of essential DEI metrics. This detailed report provides management with insight into your organisation’s current DEI trajectory and consists of both quantitative and qualitative DEI data obtained through diversity diagnostic tools, equity impact assessments, bespoke diversity research, gender pay gap analysis, and supplier diversity audits.

DEI coaching takes leadership to a new level. DEI coaching guides executives and professionals toward authentic, actionable and inclusive leadership at the highest levels. It's an intensive, transformative practice that teaches how to do the following, and more:

This audit endeavours to give you insight into the equity, diversity, and inclusion conditions of your workforce and evaluate service accessibility to stakeholders with marginalised identities. Our audits provide a holistic view of your organisation's progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. I evaluate recruitment and hiring processes, internal DEI Policy, and measure the extent to which existing DEI strategy and intervention meets your organisations DEI goals.  I  endeavour to work collaboratively with management, staff (through establishing identity based affinity and resource groups) and stakeholders in order to conduct this audit.

Utilising findings from the DEI audit and DEI data reports will enable me to diagnose your organisations DEI needs. I address these needs by reviewing your DEI policy to ensure it aligns with the current framework of your regions Anti-Discrimination Law and advise on how your DEI policy can be operationalised. I take a holistic, person-centred approach when designing DEI strategy; developing your DEI strategy with your organisations diverse staff mind. I support organisations to move away from generic DEI policy and intervention through the design of bespoke DEI strategies which are relevant to your organisation’s mission and DEI objectives enabling you to establish meaningful short and long-term DEI interventions.
